Refund and return policy
All of our items have 180 days paypal buyer protection in case you don’t receive your item.
If there is any problem with the item during the 15 days after delivery, you can request a refund and we will evaluate the case, if it applies for a refund we will refund your money.
If the refund request is not approved, you will need to return the item to the seller for a warranty review.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if it is applicable for warranty or refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and we will send you the address where you have to send the item.
